► Common issues & Potential causes
Cable damage: The cable connecting the transducer to the generator can be damaged internally, interrupting power delivery.
Generator Issues: While the SPL-T is the handpiece, its function depends on the ShockPULSE-SE generator (SPL-G). Problems with the generator's power output or settings can directly impact the handpiece's performance.
Insufficient contact with the stone: The probe needs to be in light, direct contact with the stone.
Excessive pressure: Pressing down too hard on the stone can actually reduce drilling performance.
Incorrect power setting: Ensure the appropriate power setting (Standard "S" or High "H") is selected for the stone size and type.
